Team Merlin 2010
Welcome to the Official Website for Team Merlin - the RAF's display team for the Merlin helicopter.
The concept behind Team Merlin has always been to allow anyone to become part of a large group of like minded people who are interested in supporting the RAF Merlin Force and it's helicopters. This includes the whole age spectrum from the most senior right through to the youngest supporters alike. By choosing to adopt our unique logo you automatically become a part of an ever growing 'team'.
For some years now, we have been privileged to meet many of you and say hello, exchange ideas and have a chat. 2010 is once again a great opportunity for us to meet up with old friends and make plenty of new ones too.
On this year's new and improved website, you will be able to have a look at and learn some of what Team Merlin is all about. There will be regular updates and once again we will be endeavour to post some of your photos online as well as show you some of your images from past years displays.
Team Merlin comprises of personnel from 28(AC) Squadron, 78 Squadron and the support elements of the Merlin Force who volunteer to go out and about and meet the public and display their Mk3 and Mk3a Merlin helicopters.
